Cruises from Honolulu, Hawaii

22 Feb 2012

The capital city of Hawaii, Honolulu is an important jumping off point for island cruises operated by Norwegian Cruise Lines and taking passengers to Kahului on Maui, Hilo on the big island of Hawaii and Nawiliwili on Kauai Island.

In addition, Princess Cruises offers several spectacular cruise options that combine the popular Hawaiian stops with a transpacific vacation to French Polynesia. This 11 day cruise makes stops in Bora Bora and Moorea before ending in Papeete, Tahiti.

There is also a longer 27 night South Pacific cruise operated by Princess Cruises that travels to the Hawaiian islands of Kauai and Maui before heading on to French Polynesia, American Samoa and Western Samoa, and ending in Australia.

The Hawaii cruises from Honolulu are an exciting way to visit the capital city before taking in the attractions of the other islands, and are easily combined with a round trip air ticket from any major North American city.

This article was prepared in collaboration with Ashot Hayrapetyan of Cayole Cruises.
